Portrait of Late Sh Parmanand kaul  (Retired Tehsildaar ) Nai Sarak Srinagar  Kashmir  and Grandfather of  Dr B L Kaul  Ex Principal Government Commerce College Jammu.
I am informed that Artist Mohan Raina was somewhat Impressed by the face of Parmanand ji . Parmanand ji’s family was well known to Mohan Raina .
About this  Portrait  Dr B L Kaul  adds :

“ This  is a treasure for me . This is something that could only  be salvaged by our family from our house post migration  to Jammu. My grandfather looked exactly what he has been made to look in this Portrait. So Impressive a Portrait. ”
